Co-founder (2017) and Strategic Director of futuralab, a Bolivian company dedicated to promote innovation culture and boost social innovation. Silvia Salinas is a Bolivian anthropologist, feminist and human rights activist, with thirty years of experience as senior consultant, researcher and evaluator in the social development sector. Recognised for her specialised though systemic, disruptive and creative approaches to key poverty, development and exclusion topics. Advocator and facilitator of innovative and transformative planning, management and evaluation processes. Strong believer and facilitator of participative collaborative and co-creatiion methodologies and processes. In December 2017 she was elected Chair of the Latin American and Caribbean Monitoring, Evaluation and Systematization Network (ReLAC). Since last April she is President of the International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation with more than 150 members in more than 100 countries worldwide. International speaker.
