Nadja Kothe is one of the moste creative heads in Germany, a typographer and designer for visual communications. In her work, she is consultant for innovative design, user-centered design and visual communications. She is the founder of the Design Agency Typovilla, working as independent Consultant and owns the Co-Working-Space Designhaus Marl. Her work is mainly innovative work: changing the human behaviour, use human intuition, interrogation of processes to find new ways. Her projects are situated in different fields, all connected through the needs and behaviour of the later user. For example: One project (drinks, food & restaurants) put the focus on non-alcoholic drinks served with good food, the next (hospitals) is chancing the hand-hygiene to a better procedure with better tool, yet another one (energy) is the changing of power-plant control-rooms to more intuitively control. Partners and clients are situated in the German government, the research and science-world, the business world and very often friends, who dare to develop innovative ideas and are willing to listen to her thoughts, that are often not really shortly explained. For her works, she won several national and international prices. In addition she is ambassador for female entrepreneurship in Germany since 2014.
