Burak Yılmaz, who began his academic career in the International Relations department at Ege University, completed his academic journey with an MBA from the Universidad de Oviedo.

Starting his professional life with various roles in global companies in America and Spain, Yılmaz later took on strategic positions at prominent Venture Capital firms such as Tarvenn, Two zero, and Tech one, leading investment in innovative ventures and enabling them to grow and compete in global markets.

He is one of the founders and the CEO of Turkey's first game-focused investment firm, WePlay Ventures. Additionally, Yılmaz plays an active role as a Board Member in the Turkish Esports Federation, contributing significantly to the development of Turkey's gaming ecosystem.
