Bogdan has over 20 years of experience designing, managing, and implementing programs and projects that support reform processes related to EU integration in general public administration policies. In particular, Bogdan is in charge of leading teams developing sustainable platforms for the public sector to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency, combining capacity building and strategic planning services and bodies. He is also acting as a Regional Capacity Building Advisor to the most awarded communication agency in SEE New Moment.

Bogdan worked for the EU Commission, British Council, GIZ, PWC, KPMG, Safege-Suez, EPTISA, USAID, UK DFIDMATRA, Kingdome of Norway, Production companies, and an independent media outlet (EU media).
