The General Manager of Entrepreneurship Programs and Financing at the National Institute of the Entrepreneur (INADEM). She has worked for more than 20 years in the financial sector, building bridges between the needs of the private sector, the academic sector, civil organizations, entrepreneurs and public sector programs, from Commercial Banking, State Government, Development Banking, Investment Funds and Federal Government.

She is passionate about generating solutions and continuous improvement in the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem.
