Creativity is central to discussions about the key competences and core life skills needed today. It is relevant in all all aspects of life, across subjects of the curriculum and it is one of the most demanded skills on the labour market. Still in 2020, although creativity is taught in some countries in Europe, it is not fostered systematically across the continent yet.
Within this webinar, we will look into the findings of the Creativity – a transversal skill for lifelong learning study run by the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission. We will take stock of a variety of existing approaches, to sketch direction for further work in the area of developing creativity as a transversal skill.
The webinar takes place on 17 March 2021 at 11-12 am CET and is a collaboration between CBN and the DeuS Project.
DeuS is a Vocational Educational Training (VET) project funded by the Erasmus+ programme that aims to co-create a european-wide learning and training approach in design, critical thinking and entrepreneurship to find participatory, creative and cost-effective solutions to local challenges, by unlocking the potential of the cultural and creative sector.
